Your new role
This is a senior opportunity to lead on complex and high-impact employment matters, particularly those involving trade unions and employment tribunals. You’ll report directly to the Senior Employment Partner and play a key role in shaping strategy, mentoring junior colleagues, and driving successful outcomes for claimants.
What you'll need to succeed
- 6–8 years PQE in employment law (ideally qualified in England and Wales).
- Strong track record of claimant-side work, ideally with trade union experience
- Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and contribute to a close-knit, mission-driven team
- A genuine passion for employment rights and access to justice
