Your new role
As an Employment Tax Partner, you will take on a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping, developing, and growing the firm’s Employment Tax offering.
- Leading complex employment tax advisory projects, including workforce structuring, employee reward, global mobility, and compliance
- Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
- Driving business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share
- Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a strong and collaborative culture
- Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
- Advising clients on regulatory changes, emerging risks, and strategic workforce planning
- Contributing to thought leadership and enhancing the firm’s market profile
This is a highly visible role with significant influence over strategy, client delivery, and business growth.
What you'll need to succeed
- Extensive experience in employment tax within professional services or a regulatory environment
- Strong track record of delivering complex advisory work and managing senior client relationships
- Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business
- Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
- Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
- Ability to influence at senior levels and drive business growth
