Your new role

As an Employment Tax Partner, you will take on a senior leadership role, responsible for shaping, developing, and growing the firm’s Employment Tax offering.

  • Leading complex employment tax advisory projects, including workforce structuring, employee reward, global mobility, and compliance
  • Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders and building long-term client relationships
  • Driving business development initiatives, identifying new opportunities and expanding market share
  • Leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a strong and collaborative culture
  • Working closely with other service lines to deliver integrated, multidisciplinary solutions
  • Advising clients on regulatory changes, emerging risks, and strategic workforce planning
  • Contributing to thought leadership and enhancing the firm’s market profile
This is a highly visible role with significant influence over strategy, client delivery, and business growth.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Extensive experience in employment tax within professional services or a regulatory environment
  • Strong track record of delivering complex advisory work and managing senior client relationships
  • Proven ability to drive revenue growth and develop new business
  • Demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and develop high-performing teams
  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability
  • Ability to influence at senior levels and drive business growth
