Your new role

As the Temporary Payroll & Benefits Specialist, you will take full ownership of the monthly payroll cycle, working closely with our outsourced payroll provider to ensure accurate and timely delivery. You’ll also manage employee benefits and pension administration, act as the go-to expert for payroll queries, and support reporting, compliance, and process improvements.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in payroll processing and benefits administration
• Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation and pension schemes
• Experience working with outsourced payroll providers
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management abilities
• Proficiency in Excel and payroll systems
• Ability to hit the ground running in a fast-paced environment
