• Experienced Electrician
• 4 Bedroom House Rip out and Refurb
• Project started on Monday 31st March and to last until first week in June.

Around 10 days of electrical work required during this period

Work required:
• All second fix wiring
• New switches & sockets
• New light fittings (spot lights, regular lights and pendant lights)
• Supporting plumber with underfloor heating system
• Installing an electric heater
• Extractor fans in bathrooms
• Any other work required

Paid weekly
Rates negotiable: PAYE / Umbrella
(NOT ABLE TO PAY CIS)

Client will source all materials so would need to go out and see him this week (ideally tomorrow) to see the house and to sort out what materials will be required.

This is a really nice property and will be an exciting project to work on. There will be other trades working alongside you (plumber, joiner, gas engineer, plasterer, tiler etc.)

We're looking for someone experienced in domestic construction and refurb projects and who can work to drawings and client specifications.
