Position: Project Manager
Salary: £65,000–£75,000 + Benefits

I’m partnering with a well-established regional contractor on an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join their successful team and lead a newly secured scheme. The contractor is set to begin a £4 million project in February and is keen to bring someone on board this year to support pre-construction and procurement activities. This client has a long-standing reputation across multiple sectors and operates in areas including:
- Education
- Commercial
- Health care
- Social housing
- Industrial
This is a key role within a growing team, offering the chance to take ownership of a technically complex project and play a major part in delivering a flagship educational facility. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and a multidisciplinary team to maintain high standards of quality, safety, and commercial performance throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of a new-build educational project
- Coordinate design, oversee site delivery, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to specification
- Take responsibility for commercial performance and accurate reporting
- Support business development through client engagement and networking
- Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team growth
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: £60,000 – £75,000 (depending on experience)
