Role Overview:
As an Electrical Project Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for managing electrical projects from start to finish. You’ll work closely with clients, contractors, and your team to ensure everything runs smoothly, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage electrical building projects to meet all objectives.
- Develop and keep track of project schedules, budgets, and resources.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Visit sites regularly to check on progress and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
- Prepare and present project updates and financial reports.
- Identify and solve any project risks or issues quickly.
- Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations and standards.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager in building services.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, codes, and regulations.
- Excellent project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects.
- Great communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
