Job Title: Maintenance Co-Ordinator
Location: Manchester (Hybrid Flexible Arrangement)
Salary: £25,000 - £31,000 depending on experience + incredible benefits package including flexitime

A company offering building control and facilities management nationwide and are opening an office in Manchester, so they are looking to grow their team. A retrofit award-winning organisation owning over £700 million worth of programme and proactively working with LAD3.
Looking for a highly organised individual that will display a consistent display of professional support to reflect the values of the organisation.

About the role:
Hiring a Maintenance Co-Ordinator provides an outstanding standard in organisation and support of surveyors, which includes carrying out essential risk assessment, being the main point of contact for surveyors whilst planning for their day-to-day workloads and organising schedules.

Key Responsibilities:
- Be a point of contact for surveyors and provide them with the necessary guidance and support as well as planning for them, organising their day-to-day workload, reviewing surveys etc.
- Provide customer support to an exemplary standard and make sure customer satisfaction is in line with the company’s values.
- Provide ongoing support to staff to help understand processes and new systems
- To control and maintain financial and administrative processes
-To be up-to-date on relevant legislation such as the data protection act and be sure to maintain compliance with confidentiality, and Health Safety legislation, FOI, to always be sure of implementation of that.
-Be familiar and proficient in Microsoft applications such as Edexcel

Skills and Abilities:
- Ability to plan and arrange for surveyors
- Communication skills
- Process data and keep accurate records of work
