Your new role
- As a Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team.
- Your responsibilities will include coordinating project documentation, assisting with budget and schedule preparation, communicating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- You will also prepare and distribute reports, manage project files, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.
- Complete all aspects of administration and assisting with all departments.
- Please note that previous experience in administration.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Packages, in house systems and CRM systems.
- Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In return for this, you will receive an annual salary of up to £27,000 dependent on experience.
- You will also receive 23 days' holiday plus bank holidays, a generous pension scheme, a cycle to work scheme, on-site parking, sick pay and wellness programmes.
