Your new role
  • As a Construction Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting the project management team.
  • Your responsibilities will include coordinating project documentation, assisting with budget and schedule preparation, communicating with contractors and suppliers, monitoring project progress, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • You will also prepare and distribute reports, manage project files, and handle various administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of construction projects.
  • Complete all aspects of administration and assisting with all departments.
What you'll need to succeed
  • Please note that previous experience in administration.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Packages, in house systems and CRM systems.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and building codes.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • In return for this, you will receive an annual salary of up to £27,000 dependent on experience.
