You’ll support bids, develop innovative solutions, and drive value across existing and new client accounts. This plays a pivotal role in supporting our clients' strategic growth in project delivery. You’ll act as a subject-matter expert, shaping project solutions for bids and tenders, and enhancing value across existing FM accounts. Collaborating with bid teams, project directors, and the Centre of Excellence, you’ll help integrate innovation, resolve delivery challenges, and support business development. Ideal for professionals with experience in pre-construction, project consultancy, or FM-related project delivery.

Responsibilities:

The Solutions Manager will support the development and delivery of client-focused project solutions across bids, tenders, and existing accounts. Acting as a subject-matter expert, you will collaborate with sales, bid, and project teams to shape winning strategies, resolve delivery challenges, and integrate innovation into proposals. You will also help identify growth opportunities, track pipeline progress, and contribute to the strategic expansion of our clients' Project Professional Services offering.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a Solutions Manager, Account Manager, or Pre-Construction role within a project delivery or consultancy environment.
  • Strong technical background in construction, FM, infrastructure, or PPS, with graduate-level knowledge of the built environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop project solutions for bids, tenders, or client proposals, working across multidisciplinary teams.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
  • Comfortable operating in a matrix environment, managing multiple priorities and delivering under pressure.
  • Eligible for Central Government Security Clearance (SC) or willing to undergo the vetting process.
