A large FM provider are hiring a mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer for office sites in North Hampshire.

Your new company

Our client are a large, leading FM service provider who operate across the UK and globally. They are hiring a mobile Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join their delivery team for a significant, multi-national, well-known client. You will be working on a mobile basis, with a company van provided, and working hours are Monday - Friday 8 - 5.


Your new role

As a Mobile Electrical Engineer you will work on a van mobile basis and carry out a range of electrical, as well as mechanical and general maintenance where possible, to relevant plant and equipment to 4 commercial offices for a large multinational organisation, located in Farnborough, Fleet, and London. Key duties will include:

  • Identify and manage the risks to end client through equipment on site, including identifying critical spares, improving performance of plant & equipment, improving planned maintenance program.
  • Fault-finding on electrical equipment and plant.
  • Reactive and PPM maintenance tasks.
  • General maintenance where required.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed in this role you will require relevant experience in an electrical maintenance role within commercial properties. You will also require:

  • Level 3 Electrical or equivalent
  • 18th edition
  • 2391 is desirable
  • Full UK driving license
  • Public sector estate experience desirable
  • Experience and willingness to operate in a multi-skilled capacity where possible
