Electrical engineer
Electrical Engineer – Critical Pharma Lab | Ascot SL5 | £20–£25/hr Umbrella | 40 hrs/week
We’re recruiting an experienced Electrical Engineer to join a cutting-edge pharma lab in Ascot. You’ll be the go-to expert for electrical and mechanical maintenance, working across three-phase systems (up to 440V), motors, gearboxes, valves, and more.
What you’ll be doing:
- Identifying risks and improving maintenance programs
- Updating drawings and managing critical spares
- Writing and following risk assessments
- Using CAFM systems via mobile devices to complete tasks
- Liaising with site services to resolve building-related issues
- Supporting the wider maintenance team with your electrical/mechanical expertise
What we’re looking for:
- Strong hands-on experience as a practising Electrical Engineer
- Confident communicator with client-facing experience
- City & Guilds 2365 Level 3 in Electrical Installations (minimum)
Location:SL5
Hours: 40 per week
Rate: £20–£25/hr umbrella
