Your new role
You will take responsibility for delivering electrical building services design from concept to completion, including:
- Preparing electrical design drawings, schedules and specifications
- Supporting acquisition, condition and dilapidation surveys
- Contributing to 2D/3D modelling and BIM‑aligned design coordination workflows
- Working closely with internal and external teams to deliver practical, compliant, build‑ready design solutions
- Proven experience in electrical building services design
- Strong understanding of industry standards and best practice
- Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation
- Familiarity with BIM processes and modern design tools
- A proactive, solutions‑focused approach
- Salary up to £65,000
