Are you a warm, creative and committed educator with a passion for working with children in the early stages of development? We are working with a number of schools in the Bradford area who are seeking enthusiastic and nurturing Early Years Teachers to join their vibrant teams. You could currently be working as a supply teacher looking for a temporary position or be an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking for your first teaching opportunity.
About the Role:
This role involves delivering engaging, play-based learning experiences that support children’s social, emotional and cognitive development. You’ll be working closely with support staff and families to ensure every child feels safe, valued and ready to thrive.
What We’re Looking For:
We welcome applications from:
- Experienced early years teachers.
- Newly qualified teachers (ECTs) ready to begin their teaching career.
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) or relevant teaching qualifications.
- Have a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Be skilled in managing behaviour in a nurturing and developmentally appropriate way.
- Be passionate about child-led learning and outdoor play.
- Be adaptable, resilient, and ready to contribute to a dynamic school environment.
- Have strong communication and organisational skills.
- Be able to build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues.
