Early Career Teacher (ECT) | Flexible Supply Teaching | £130 per day | Multiple Schools
Are you an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to gain valuable classroom experience while enjoying flexibility and work–life balance?
We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and motivated ECTs to work on a flexible supply basis across multiple primary schools. This is an excellent opportunity to build confidence, broaden experience and secure consistent work around your availability.
The Role
- Deliver pre-planned lessons across a range of year groups
- Maintain positive classroom behaviour and engagement
- Adapt quickly to different school environments
- Provide high-quality teaching in the absence of permanent staff
- Opportunities for short-term, long-term and day-to-day supply
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards completion of ECT year
- Open to newly qualified and early career teachers
- Confident classroom management skills
- Flexible, reliable and professional approach
- Passion for teaching and supporting pupil progress
