Key Responsibilities
- Support the class teacher in delivering high-quality early years education
- Assist with planning and implementing engaging activities
- Provide one-to-one and small group support for pupils
- Help maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment
- Work closely with staff and parents to support children’s progress
Essential Requirements
- Level 3 Early Years Qualification
- Experience working in an early year setting
