About the Role
We are seeking a nurturing, passionate, and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join a welcoming Bristol setting with an immediate start. This is a fantastic opportunity for an enthusiastic practitioner who thrives in an Early Years environment and is committed to giving children the very best start in their learning journey.
The successful candidate will work within a supportive team to deliver high‑quality teaching and ensure the EYFS curriculum is brought to life through play‑based, engaging activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver creative, child‑centred learning experiences aligned with the EYFS
- Foster a warm, inclusive, and stimulating environment where every child feels valued
- Observe, assess, and track pupil progress in line with EYFS frameworks
- Build strong relationships with children, staff, and families
- Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote positive behaviour
- Support the wider nursery/school community and contribute to its values and ethos
Requirements
- QTS, EYTS, or equivalent Early Years qualification
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework
- A warm, caring, and engaging teaching style
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood development
- Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
