Hays Education are working in partnership with a welcoming and supportive primary setting in Birmingham (B8) to recruit an experienced Nursery Teacher for a September start for the full academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate and dedicated Early Years specialist who is committed to delivering high-quality provision and supporting children at a crucial stage in their development.
The school is looking to interview as soon as possible. Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a 30-minute lesson observation as part of the interview process. Please contact Jessica Byrne at Hays for more information.
Your new role
- Full-time Early Years Teacher position starting in September
- Planning and delivering engaging, creative lessons aligned with the EYFS framework
- Creating a nurturing and stimulating learning environment
- Monitoring and assessing pupil progress effectively
- Working collaboratively with support staff and the wider school team
What you'll need to succeed
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Proven experience teaching within a Nursery/Early Years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Excellent classroom management and communication skills
- A proactive, flexible and positive approach
- Unfortunately, the school are not able to support ECTs
