Hays Architecture are partnering with a well‑established, medium‑sized architectural practice in Hertfordshire who are looking to appoint an experienced Architectural Technician. The role

You’ll play a key role in producing high‑quality technical information and delivering projects through multiple stages. The work is varied, covering residential developments, commercial schemes, industrial buildings and purpose‑built student accommodation.


Key Responsibilities

Produce detailed technical drawings and construction packages
Work across planning, technical design, and delivery stages
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients
Support project leads on multiple concurrent schemes.
Ensure accuracy, compliance, and smooth project progression


About you

Experienced Architectural Technician or Technologist
Strong technical and construction knowledge
Proficient in producing detailed working drawings
Confident using AutoCAD
Revit experience is a bonus, although training can be provided.
Organised, proactive, and able to manage your own workload
Strong communicator with a collaborative approach
