Hays are in partnership with an Ofsted-rated 'Good' Secondary School in West Leicestershire who are seeking a passionate and dedicated Art and Design Teacher to join their dynamic team. The successful candidate will be able to teach DT/ Art and Design up to Key Stage 4.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons in KS3 DT/Art and Design.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to inspire students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the curriculum and share best practices.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Experience teaching DT/Art and Design at KS3 level.
- Strong classroom management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
