Hays Education is working with a number of primary schools across Margate that are looking to appoint enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Teachers.

The Role
As a Year 4 Teacher, you'll play a key role in supporting pupils as they continue their journey through Lower Key Stage 2. You'll help children develop confidence in their learning, strengthen their key skills across the curriculum and encourage the independence needed to thrive in the years ahead.
You'll deliver engaging lessons, create an inclusive and positive classroom environment and support pupils as they grow academically, socially and emotionally.
Opportunities are available on both a long-term and flexible supply basis.
We're Looking for Teachers Who:
- Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS), or are working towards it
- Have experience teaching within primary education, ideally Key Stage 2
- Can deliver engaging and challenging lessons that inspire learners
- Have strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- Are committed to supporting pupil achievement and wellbeing
- Build positive relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues
- Bring enthusiasm, creativity and a passion for teaching
