Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident managing documentation in a fast-paced site environment? We’re looking for a reliable Document Controller / Site Administrator to support our project team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on site.
About the Role:
As a Document Controller / Site Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our site office, responsible for managing project documentation, coordinating administrative tasks, and supporting the site team with efficient communication and record-keeping.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update document control systems, ensuring version control and compliance
- Distribute drawings, reports, and technical documents to relevant stakeholders
- Manage site records including timesheets, deliveries, and H&S documentation
- Provide general administrative support to the site team
- Liaise with head office, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth information flow
✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in a similar role within construction or engineering (preferred)
- Strong IT skills, especially with document management systems (e.g., Viewpoint, Aconex, 4Projects)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- A proactive and professional approach to site administration
