Office based onsite in Chesterfield
Full time hours - 37.5 per week around 8am - 4pm or 9am - 5pm
Salary guide £26, 500 - £28,500 depending on experience.
Your new role
This will be a busy role reporting to the Marketing Coordinator / Sales Manager and is a newly created job opportunity due to expansion in the company.This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in digital marketing/ generalist marketing and sales support. You’ll play a key role in connecting creative content with commercial execution, supporting both teams with digital asset management, campaign coordination, and customer engagement.
The successful applicant will ideally be able to demonstrate relevant marketing / digital marketing/ content creation experience upon application.
Key responsibilities of the position include;
- Maintain and organise digital content libraries for marketing and sales use
- Customise graphic templates for campaigns using provided assets
- Act as a liaison between content creators and sales teams to ensure alignment
- Support email marketing campaigns with formatting and distribution
- Gather and organise sales data to identify market gaps and opportunities
- Respond to sales-related messages on social media platforms
- Format and adapt content for various social media channels
- Source appropriate stock imagery for marketing use
- Assist in the production of digital assets with the marketing coordinator and operations manager/ sales manager
- Edit and streamline online content for clarity and engagement
- Support basic product photography (training provided)
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Basic knowledge of digital content and social media platforms (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express, Instagram, LinkedIn)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Mailerlite)
- Interest in photography and design
- Understanding of sales processes or CRM systems
