Digital Marketing Manager | SEO & PPC | Fashion E-Commerce
  • Lincolnshire – Hybrid working (initially office-based)
  • £40,000 – £45,000 + flexible benefits

If you’re an SEO and PPC specialist who wants to take ownership of digital strategy and see your work make a measurable impact, this role could be the perfect next step.
I’m working with a fast-growing fashion e-commerce business that’s been thriving since 2018. They’ve built a strong online presence and have exciting plans to open their first retail store soon, with a flagship store in the pipeline. This is a business that’s known for stocking exclusive labels and creating a strong identity in its niche.

Currently, around 70% of their sales come through PPC, which is managed by an external agency. They’re now ready to bring more of this in-house while building a solid foundation for organic growth. Your first big project will be a full site audit and SEO overhaul, creating a strategy that improves visibility, boosts conversions, and sets the business up for long-term success. From there, you’ll take the lead on PPC, email marketing (with 35,000 active Klaviyo contacts ready to engage), and content creation that drives engagement and sales.

This is a hands-on role with real progression. As the business grows, you’ll have the opportunity to build and lead your own marketing team.

    What you’ll be doing
  • Leading a full site audit and SEO revamp to drive organic traffic
  • Developing and executing SEO and PPC strategies that deliver measurable ROI
  • Managing Google Ads campaigns and reducing reliance on external agencies
  • Building content calendars and creating engaging, search-friendly copy
  • Optimising Klaviyo email campaigns and flows to boost retention and repeat purchases
  • Collaborating with buying and creative teams to align marketing with stock cycles
  • Reporting on performance and tying every action to revenue growth

    What you’ll bring
  • Proven experience in SEO and PPC for e-commerce
  • Hands-on knowledge of Shopify and Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skills and a commercial mindset
  • Ability to balance technical SEO with creative storytelling
  • Bonus points for experience in content creation or fashion retail

    What’s on offer
  • £40,000 – £45,000 salary
  • Flexible hybrid working (initially office-based for onboarding)
  • A forward-thinking employer with a collaborative, supportive culture
  • Visible impact, as your work will directly influence revenue and conversion rates
  • A clear path to build and lead a marketing team as the business scales
