Job Overview:
We are seeking experienced IT De‑Install / IMAC Engineers to support an on-site refurbishment project. The role will involve the safe installation of IT equipment across designated areas, accurate handling of assets, and secure on-site storage of all removed equipment. No work will be required within secure areas.

Location: 31 Boscawen Street, Truro
Daily Rate: £14.90/hr PAYE, £19.33/hr UMB
Contract Length: 29th June 2026 (One – Day Contract)
Key Responsibilities
De‑Install Activities
·De‑install IT equipment from:
Ground Floor:
Ground Floor:
- Meet & Greet Desk
- Quiet Room
- Semi‑Quiet Room
- Admin Desk (behind counter desks)
- ID Scanner
- Customer Tablet
- Network Printer (Meet & Greet)
First Floor:
4x Quiet Rooms (Rooms 2, 3, 4 & 5)
- De‑installation required for:
- Secure Area
- Existing Counter Positions
Asset Handling & Storage
Carefully disconnect, label, and handle all IT equipment - Transport and store all removed IT kit on-site in the Second Floor Quiet Room
- Ensure equipment is stored securely and in an organised manner
- Maintain accurate records of de‑installed assets
General Responsibilities
- Follow site instructions, floor plans, and health & safety procedures.
- Work methodically to avoid disruption to remaining operations
- Liaise with site contacts and project leads as required
- Escalate any issues, damage, or discrepancies promptly
