Your new role
- You will act as a subject-matter expert for Microsoft security suite, specialising in Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, and Defender for Office 365.
- Exerience developing and managing the provision of blueprints for Microsoft Defender & other related security solutions (Endpoint, Cloud, Office, XDR, Identity, Cloud Apps, security gateways, networks, firewalls).
- Extensive experience in aligning security controls with best practices & seamlessly integrate security components in existing infrastructure solutions e.g. Windows & other business applications.
- The ability to stay updated on features / best practices & mentor operational teams.
•Be able to support & manage product security activities, providing specialist advice, including security reviews of new business proposals / designs across a diverse range of infrastructure, data and application systems.
• Experience dealing with robust incident management resolution, including major incident response coordination and management.
• The ability to manage in a Deputy position for the Senior IT Security Manager as and when required.
- Ability to work supportively and collaboratively with colleagues across Technology & Transformation as well as the wider business in improving cybersecurity awareness
