Interim Assistant Contract Manager

You’ll be joining a large public sector organisation within health and social care, focused on improving outcomes for local communities. A collaborative, multi‑disciplinary environment supporting procurement and contract management.
Your new role
- Act as first point of contact for providers and stakeholders.
- Lead or support service procurements within your contract portfolio.
- Monitor contract performance, risks, issues and financial/quality data.
- Organise and chair relevant contracting meetings.
- Maintain contract documentation, variations and registers in line with SOPs.
What you'll need to succeed
- Ability to interpret complex performance, financial and quality data.
- Experience in contract management, procurement, project delivery or similar.
- Excellent written communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Confidence handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
