Leadership & Sales Trainer, Field-based, £70,000 + Bonus/Car Allowance, Immediate Start!

Our client, the leading global supplier of safety solutions, are looking to recruit an experienced, creative Sales Trainer to join their business as they continue to grow. An incredibly autonomous role, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!

Our client have been established for over 75 years, and are committed to separating people from hazards - and offer a huge range of solutions in order to ensure this is the case. As the business have grown, they have expanded into offices across the US, Europe and China, and have a number of different UK businesses under the main parent company, located across Scotland, Northern Ireland, Ireland, the Midlands, London and Somerset. As a result of their ongoing success, they are looking to recruit an experienced Leadership/Sales Trainer to develop/improve their existing sales operation's quality/communication to market. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:

- Developing and delivering sales and leadership training programmes that enhance the skills, knowledge and effectiveness of the company's sales team/leaders
- Focusing on driving sales performance, improving leadership capabilities and fostering a culture of continuous learning/professional development
- Implementing coaching strategies to improve sales performance and drive revenue growth
- Conducting role-playing exercises, workshops, and real-world sales scenario training
- Evaluating sales team performance and providing targeted development plans
- Equipping managers with the tools to mentor, motivate, and drive team success
- Collaborating with sales and leadership teams to identify training needs and skill gaps
- Developing customised training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, and interactive content
- Delivery of training or coaching 3 to 4 days a week, with 1-2 days for preparation and administration
- Measuring the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance analytics
- Offering ongoing support and resources to ensure skill application in the field

In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:

- 8+ years of experience in sales training and leadership development.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales and leadership training programs
- Strong understanding of sales processes, techniques, and best practices
- Experience with adult learning methodologies and instructional design
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and communication skills
- Ability to inspire, engage, and motivate diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and training technologies
- Willingness to travel as needed to conduct on-site training sessions
- Full UK driving licence

As previously alluded to, the role will include travel to the business' various sites across the UK, however you will have full autonomy on schedule to ensure you make work to your availability/diary. In addition to a very competitive basic salary of £70,000, our client are also offering the following:
