Procurement Consultant | Defence | £65k | Remote

Your new role
As a key member of the Procurement & Supply Chain delivery team, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering complex public sector procurement strategies, primarily within the defence sector. You’ll utilise your expert procurement knowledge to tackle large-scale projects and deliver value across critical MoD commissions.
• Lead and support end-to-end procurement activities for high-value public sector contracts
• Manage tender evaluation, business case development and contract negotiation.
• Develop and implement commercial strategies and market engagement plans
• Collaborate with stakeholders across all levels to ensure alignment and compliance
• Provide expert guidance on procurement regulations, particularly PA23
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the team
What you'll need to succeed
• Proven experience managing complex defence / public procurements
• Strong understanding of public procurement regulations (PA23); TTP training is a plus
• Previous experience in the MoD or Defence sector would be highly desirable
• Excellent commercial acumen and stakeholder engagement skills
• MCIPS qualification or equivalent working experience
