Your new role

The Head of Data Science and Innovation will spearhead the development and integration of cutting-edge AI models and data-driven solutions for the Group. This role is critical in positioning the organisation at the forefront of AI and data science innovation, while fostering a culture of continuous learning and technological advancement.

What you'll need to succeed

• Enable access to state-of-the-art AI models across the Group.
• Establish and scale a robust Data Science and AI practice tailored to the business's needs.
• Educate and empower staff by showcasing the capabilities of Data Science and Machine Learning.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify and develop new AI use cases that drive value.
• Deliver and operationalise the "Next Best Action" model for EA operations to enhance decision-making.
• Build and implement Agentic AI capabilities to transform processes and improve efficiencies.

• Proven experience in leading Data Science and AI teams.
• Strong expertise in Machine Learning, AI model development, and deployment.
• Exceptional communication skills to educate and engage non-technical stakeholders.
• A track record of delivering innovative AI solutions in a business environment.
• Strategic thinking with the ability to collaborate across departments and drive innovation.
