We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a data insights discovery project. The role will focus on understanding how data is currently collected across multiple service areas, identifying what is captured, how it is captured, and why, and using this information to build a clear, end‑to‑end map of data flows.

What you'll need to succeed

• Strong Business Analysis background in data focused or discovery led projects

• Excellent requirements gathering and process mapping skills

• Ability to translate complex information into clear, concise documentation

• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Comfortable working autonomously across multiple workstreams
