We’re looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead on high-impact projects focused on service improvement and cost savings across the organisation. About the Role:

As the Senior Business Analyst, you will:
  • Lead the analysis of complex, multi-layered programmes and projects.
  • Translate user and business needs into actionable transformation objectives.
  • Own key stakeholder relationships and act as the go-to expert for business analysis.
  • Build and lead a thriving business analysis community, setting standards and mentoring others.
  • Champion user-centred design and agile delivery across multiple product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and lead the business analyst community, setting professional standards and supporting development.
  • Work with senior leaders to define transformation goals and map service redesigns.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis across complex business areas to inform service improvements.
  • Use data and evidence to guide decision-making and ensure services are accessible and effective.
  • Lead the business analysis of high-risk, interdependent products and services.
  • Coach senior stakeholders on digital transformation and agile methodologies.
