What You’ll Do
- Maintain and upgrade systems and mobile platforms
- Support CAFM and document management tools
- Develop reports and dashboards (Power BI, Logi Analytics)
- Manage user accounts and system documentation
- Provide 1st/2nd line IT support and troubleshoot with vendors
- Create automated workflows and alerts
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in IT support or systems admin
- Strong SQL and BI/reporting tool skills
- Familiarity with CAFM/ERP systems and mobile devices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
