We are currently working with a global, marketing agency that activates growth for leading brands through data. Sitting within a collaborative Marketing Sciences function, their Data Analytics team is central to delivering measurable impact—championing individuality, fostering an inclusive workplace, and prioritising personal well‑being while helping clients make better, faster, data‑driven decisions.
Your new role
This permanent position is open to considering candidates at Data Analyst or Senior Data Analyst level. This role involves working on high‑impact analytics projects for major brands, turning complex data into clear insights and strategic recommendations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing and running test‑and‑learn programmes for marketing and CRM activities
- Using AI‑enabled tools to identify creative performance drivers and explain “what’s working and why”
- Building audience/customer profiles and reporting insights back to stakeholders
- Delivering post‑campaign analysis with optimisation recommendations
- Supporting data‑driven customer journey design with cross‑functional teams
- Creating KPI trees/measurement frameworks to define key metrics
- Extracting and transforming data using Python and SQL from cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Building dashboards in Tableau and Power BI
- Applying web analytics and social listening to enrich performance understanding
What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience with Python and SQL
Hands‑on web analytics experience
Proficiency in Tableau and Power BI
Experience with social listening tools and methodologies
Ability to work with customer‑related datasets (marketing analytics, sales/product analysis, profiling)
Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP)
Analytical curiosity, attention to detail, and ability to question data quality
Clear communication skills and confidence presenting findings
Nice‑to‑haves:
Statistics and experimentation (A/B, multivariate)
Segmentation/modelling experience
Exposure to marketing orchestration/ad‑tech tools (Salesforce, Braze, Adobe, DSPs)
Light data engineering in cloud environments
