What awaits you?

  • Design, build, test, and maintain Tableau dashboards and data visualisations that address critical business questions and KPIs.
  • Interpret reporting requirement from both business stakeholders and the regulator.
  • Analyse and interpret management information, scheduling and producing detailed reports to identify trends, highlight any business anomalies and make recommendations for efficiencies.
  • Carry out regular reviews of data sources to ensure they adequately capture requirements needed for transparency.
  • Interrogate a variety of data sources to produce high-quality management information.
  • Interpret and present analytical findings to non-technical audiences with clear storytelling, insights, and recommended actions.


What should you bring along?

  • Experience translating business requirements into actionable insights and dashboards
  • Excellent data visualization design sense and storytelling ability; keen eye for detail.
  • Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills; able to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of analytical tools and languages such as Tableau, SQL, VBA and Microsoft suite.
  • Experience with data governance, data quality, and documentation practices.
  • Experience in a regulated industry, automotive industry or financial services

Compensation
We offer a competitive hourly wage plus an annual performance-related bonus. You will receive a generous annual leave up to 35 days which is inclusive of bank holidays. There’s free on-site parking available and you’ll have access to a subsidised restaurant. We offer hybrid working where employees split their time between working remotely (often from home) and working in the office
