An Oxfordshire-based company is looking for a new Graduate Data Administrator.

THIS IS NOT A REMOTE ROLE.
Monday to Friday, Hybrid working, up to 3 days at home.
Temporary to permanent Graduate Data Administrator role, Oxfordshire.

Your new role

In this role, you will support clients throughout the process, building strong relationships and providing guidance to ensure a smooth and positive experience. You will review and consolidate information submitted, verifying financial documents, certifications, and insurance policies for accuracy and compliance with company procedures. The role involves some outbound calls to assist customers with queries, providing inbound telephone support when required, and maintaining accurate customer records and progress updates within the CRM system. Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering outstanding customer service are essential.

What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you will be a recent graduate or degree-educated individual. A keen eye for detail is essential, with the ability to accurately review information against established procedures and guidelines. You will be highly organised, comfortable managing multiple tasks, and proficient in maintaining accurate records within CRM systems and other internal databases. Previous experience in a customer service, administration, compliance, or office-based environment would be advantageous, but full training will be provided. A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong data skills will enable you to thrive in this role.
