Your Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer to join the team. This role is pivotal in shaping and maintaining the company’s IT landscape, ensuring resilience, security, and performance across all systems. The successful candidate will lead infrastructure design and deployment, manage critical systems, and play a key role in advancing the organisation’s cyber security posture.
From overseeing disaster recovery and backup solutions to supporting remote workers and leading strategic IT projects, this is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys making a tangible impact.


What You Need to Succeed
To excel in this role, candidates should bring:

Proven experience in IT infrastructure design and deployment (on-premise and cloud)
Strong knowledge of servers, firewalls, switches, and related technologies
A proactive approach to system monitoring and performance optimisation
Expertise in cyber security platforms, patching cycles, and risk assessments
Familiarity with Windows, Office365, VPNs, and remote support
A collaborative mindset and the ability to lead and support complex IT projects
Excellent problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement
