Customer Service Executive, temporary position, 20 hours a week, based in Derry, competitive hourly rate
Your new company
It is a well-known bank with branches across the North & South of Ireland. Hays have been appointed to recruit a Customer Service Executive to join their team. The role will be based in Derry City. Working hours are 10.30am to 2.30pm Monday to Friday.
Your new role
As Customer Service Executive, you will provide a professional, friendly and engaged service to customers. You will be a visible and active presence in the branch, delivering a personal customer experience. Your responsibilities will include the following:
Dealing with enquiries professionally
Managing confidential client information
Completing transactions on client accounts as requested
Updating customer accounts accurately
Compliance with all policies and procedures
Supporting vulnerable customers
Being an advocate for sustainability
You may be required to complete teller duties.
What you'll need to succeed
As Customer Service Executive, you will have 5 GCSE passes, including Maths & English. A flexible and adaptable approach to working. Be a good team player with the ability to cope in a changing environment.
