We are urgently seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join a busy Contact Centre team on a temporary basis. This role is critical in providing first-class customer service to residents and supporting essential housing services. You must be available to start immediately.
Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and digital channels.
- Provide advice on queries including rent, repairs, and tenancy management.
- Log and track enquiries using CRM systems, ensuring accurate records.
- Liaise with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Handle complaints professionally and escalate where necessary.
- Support vulnerable customers by signposting to appropriate services.
- Maintain knowledge of relevant policies and procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Office, CRM systems).
- Professional and empathetic approach to challenging conversations.
- Immediate availability to start work.
