Customer Services Executive, £30,000, London, Hybrid-Working, Retail Company, Immediate Start!
Our client, a leading Retail company with a HQ based in Central London, are looking to recruit an experienced, personable Customer Services candidate to join their busy team. Working on a hybrid basis with plenty of scope to progress, this is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate!
Our client have been established for over 20 years, and specialise in stylish footwear. Due to their growth, they are seeking the perfect candidate to handle inbound calls/emails from their dedicated customer base. In a nutshell, your responsibilities will include:
- Handling 50+ daily inbound calls/emails from B2C clients
- Dealing with orders, returns, general product queries and complaints
- Offering an exceptional service to all customers
- Exceeding CS targets/KPI's
In order to be considered for this position, it is ESSENTIAL that you have the following:
- Minimum 2+ years' experience in handling inbound calls/emails in a Contact Centre/Inbound Customer Service environment
- Professional, articulate telephone manner
- Demonstrable experience in exceeding CS KPI's/targets
- Fun, sociable personality!
In addition to a very competitive basic salary, our client are also offering the following:
- Hybrid-working (3 days in the office / 2 days WFH)
- Amazing working hours (Monday - Friday: 9.00am - 5.30pm)
