Customs Manager
Location: Dover
Hours: Monday–Friday (9:00 am – 6:00 pm) + flexibility to meet business needs
Salary: £50,000 + benefits
Are you an experienced Customs professional ready to lead a high-performing team? A global leader in time-critical logistics, and take charge of our Customs operations in Dover.
The Role
As Customs Manager, you will:
- Lead and develop a progressive team of Customs specialists.
- Oversee import/export compliance and advise on government guideline changes.
- Ensure best-in-class Customs Clearance tools, software, and practices.
- Drive training, induction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement IT solutions and interpret data to enhance service delivery.
- Shape the future of our Customs offering across the UK, EU, and beyond.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience in Customs management.
- Strong knowledge of Customs Clearance laws and regulations.
- Leadership skills with a focus on efficiency and customer service.
- Ability to manage complex processes and deliver under pressure.
