A customer service administrator is required to join a UK firm in Mallusk - up to 4 positions available!
Your new company
This organisation is a private sector organisation that is based in Mallusk that operates across Northern Ireland.
Your new role
This role is based in Mallusk 5 days per week. The working hours are 7:30am-5pm. This role will be temporary for 12 weeks, with the view of it being made permanent after your probation period. In this role you will be responsible for the following:- Delivering excellent customer service both via the telephone and face-to-face
- Manage the company booking system
- Responding to customer queries via the company website
- Manage customer enquiry right through to the sale stage
- Build long-lasting relationships with customers
- Adhoc administrative duties
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this role, you will have the following:
- Previous customer experience - either in an office, retail or hospitality setting
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think on your feet and solve problems
- Proficient in use of MS Office functions
- Attention to detail
