Your new role
As a Customer Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support across a range of customer-facing processes. Working within a busy team, you will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Processing customer and operational documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
- Maintaining records and updating internal systems and databases.
- Liaising with customers and third-party stakeholders to support the progression of cases.
- Managing customer enquiries and resolving queries effectively.
- Supporting service delivery targets and operational objectives.
- Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality and operational procedures.
- Contributing to process improvements and service enhancement initiatives.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in an administrative, operations or customer service environment.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
- Experience dealing with legal, financial or compliance-related documentation would be advantageous.
