Your new role

As a Customer Operations Officer, you will be responsible for providing efficient administrative and operational support across a range of customer-facing processes. Working within a busy team, you will manage documentation, maintain accurate records, liaise with internal and external stakeholders, and ensure customers receive a professional and responsive service.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Processing customer and operational documentation accurately and within agreed timeframes.
  • Maintaining records and updating internal systems and databases.
  • Liaising with customers and third-party stakeholders to support the progression of cases.
  • Managing customer enquiries and resolving queries effectively.
  • Supporting service delivery targets and operational objectives.
  • Ensuring compliance with data protection, confidentiality and operational procedures.
  • Contributing to process improvements and service enhancement initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Previous experience in an administrative, operations or customer service environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem solving and customer service.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • Experience dealing with legal, financial or compliance-related documentation would be advantageous.
