Customer Services Administrator

We are seeking an experienced administration professional to provide immediate support within a busy complaints function during a period of transition. This is a temporary role covering essential administrative duties.
Your new role
As a Customer Services Administrator, your role will include:
- Accurately log and track complaints at various stages of their journey using Excel.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to chase updates and gather required information.
- Ensure all regulatory deadlines are met through effective prioritisation and time management.
- Maintain clear and organised records to support audit and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with permanent team members to ensure continuity and consistency.
What you'll need to succeed
- Strong administrative background with excellent Excel skills.
- Be available to start immediately.
- Confident communicator, comfortable chasing colleagues for updates.
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a high volume of tasks independently.
- Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality.
- Able to work fully on-site in Shrewsbury; remote working is not suitable for this role.
