Customer Service Officer – St Helens – temporary
Your new company
We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Officer to work within a supported housing scheme for young people based in St Helens.Your new role
You will cover the reception, signing people in and out of the scheme, dealing with any visitors to the site and take any calls to the main office number. You will also be expected to log any repairs and carry out any general administrative tasks.
This is a full-time role working 9-5pm Monday–Friday and the role is based on site. This role involves no homework. A basic DBS is required for this role.What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have customer-facing experience and have an empathetic approach as you will be dealing with vulnerable people. You will be an excellent communicator and possess strong IT skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.What you'll get in return
