Sales Support | Blackburn | Permanent – Full Time | 25 Days Holiday + BH | £26,000+ DOE

A finance company based in Blackburn, Lancashire, is looking for a Sales Support to join their team due to business expansion. Offering training, support and development throughout your progression. Working closely with colleagues in Sales, Operations, Credit & Risk departments, providing excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
Working pattern is Monday to Friday 09:00am – 05:00pm with hybrid working after probation.

Your new role:
As sales support your duties will include but are not limited to:
  • Support for all Sales channels throughout the financing process – pre and post credit through to deal completion.
  • To engage with Senior managers and the sales team to support their focussed sales action plans each year.
  • Work closely with the wider business and develop positive working relationships.
  • Chasing credit decisions, working closely with the Credit team.
  • Following up acceptances and estimated close dates.
  • Assisting with Conditions Precedent on accepted deals, working closely with the Operations team.
  • Providing updates throughout the whole funding process via e-mail/telephone – ensuring all updates visible in the main system.
  • Being the first point of contact.
  • To undertake any other duties as specified from time to time in accordance with the company business requirements.

What You Need to Succeed:
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Strong time-management skills, with experience of working to tight deadlines and managing multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Being comfortable to challenge the how, what and why.
  • Passionate about Customer Service
  • A ‘Can Do’ positive attitude at all times.
  • Team player – to be passionate about working towards the common goal.

  • Role is office based at our offices in Blackburn, but within our company agile working policy, this role will have the ability to possibly work from home for up to 2 days a week, this is though following full training and in line with business needs.
