Control the documentation process for all vehicle imports/exports for all serviced markets globally. To support the wider business teams with Market and Bespoke administration tasks. To act as a central administrative hub, whose organisation and forward-thinking allows the team to function efficiently.

Control the Documentation Processes for Import and Export to All Serviced Markets

Full control of the documentation process for global vehicle export

Understanding of the documents required for import to all relevant markets

Creation of required documents for vehicle import to enable local importers and customs to bring the cars to market

Liaise with our agency supplying vehicle and import documentation

Provide direct liaison with regional offices and dealers worldwide

Support the Wider Business Critical Functions

Support the Market Manager team in steering sales performance, order placement, and enquiry monitoring

Support the Bespoke team with management and updating of matrixes, vehicle pricing and order construction

Support the Business Administration Tasks for the Department

Create and manage the Purchase Order process

Chase parked invoices daily; all signed invoices need Goods Receipting, then sending to finance and then filing
