Internal Sales Executive to join their dynamic team and help us expand our customer base.

Your new role

As an Internal Sales Executive, you’ll be at the heart of their sales operation—handling inbound enquiries, building relationships with customers, and proactively driving sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves selling, thrives on hitting targets, and wants to grow within a supportive and ambitious business. Your role will involve:

• Handle incoming sales enquiries via phone and email.
• Proactively follow up on leads and quotations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
• Work closely with the logistics and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Maintain accurate records using our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in a sales role (internal sales, telesales, or customer service with a sales focus)
• A natural communicator with a confident phone manner
• Strong negotiation and closing skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and enthusiastic
• Experience in the construction or aggregates industry is a bonus, but not essential.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks
