Your new role
- Act as the first point of contact for customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve billing, account, and service-related queries with empathy and efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using internal systems.
- Resolve or escalate complex issues to relevant teams when needed.
- Work flexibly across various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Contribute to a positive team environment and continuous improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
- A passion for helping people and delivering excellent service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexibly across different shift patterns.
- Comfortable using digital systems and learning new tools.
- Previous customer service experience (utilities experience is a bonus).
- A proactive, solution-focused approach to problem-solving.
