I am working with a client who are seeking to recruit some experienced customer service advisors. This is a fast-paced, high-performing team.
You will be required to handle inbound calls with confidence and care, taking swift and accurate payments while ensuring 100% recovery for our clients – every single time.

- Taking inbound calls and securing payments with professionalism and empathy
- Delivering a positive outcome for every customer interaction
- Accurately entering data and updating systems in real-time
- Working closely with a supportive team and learning from the best
- Staying sharp with ongoing training and development
What You Bring to the Table:
- A confident, clear, and friendly phone manner
- Ability to handle high call volumes without breaking a sweat
- Experience resolving customer queries and complaints
- Strong attention to detail – accuracy is everything
- Solid Microsoft Office skills
- A cool head in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role is essential.
