Customer Service | Temporary Role | Immediate Start

I am working with a client who are seeking to recruit some experienced customer service advisors. This is a fast-paced, high-performing team.

You will be required to handle inbound calls with confidence and care, taking swift and accurate payments while ensuring 100% recovery for our clients – every single time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Taking inbound calls and securing payments with professionalism and empathy
  • Delivering a positive outcome for every customer interaction
  • Accurately entering data and updating systems in real-time
  • Working closely with a supportive team and learning from the best
  • Staying sharp with ongoing training and development

What You Bring to the Table:
  • A confident, clear, and friendly phone manner
  • Ability to handle high call volumes without breaking a sweat
  • Experience resolving customer queries and complaints
  • Strong attention to detail – accuracy is everything
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills
  • A cool head in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in a high-volume customer service role is essential.
