Working hours: Mon-Fri 7:30am – 4:30pm (30-minute break)
Main Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and emails from customers
- Make outgoing phone calls to customers with updates on their orders. Investigate and resolve a range of complaints
Log complaints on the system and mark to the relevant department.
- Support customers arriving on site
- Organising the service schedules and arranging customer visits
- Booking courier services
- Learn the technical knowledge of products
