Accounts Administrator job in Warminster
Your new company
An owner-managed business in Warminster are actively looking to recruit an Accounts Administrator to join their team.
Your new role
Reporting to the Finance Manager you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices using Sage Line 50
- Bank reconciliations
- Processing staff expenses
- Credit Control
- Factoring
- Updating and maintaining spreadsheets
- Working in multi-currencies
- Responding to accounts-related emails
What you'll need to succeed
The successful candidate will have similar experience in a similar role.
Experience of Sage 50 would be beneficial.
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work well in a team
What you'll get in return
Parking
- AAT study support ( if required)
- Working hours: either 8.30am - 5.00pm or 9.0am - 5.30pm
- This role is 100% office based
