What you’ll be doing:
- Managing customer queries via email and phone with speed and empathy.
- Coordinating with the business to ensure timely resolutions to customer queries.
- Tracking works and pushing for completion within 28 days.
- Keeping systems updated and KPIs on point.
- Collaborating across departments to deliver seamless service.
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- A cool head when handling complaints and tricky situations.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills—Excel, Outlook, the works.
- Planning, organisation, and decision-making skills that keep things moving.
- A tactful, assertive, and empathetic approach to customer care.
- Team spirit and top-notch communication.
