About the Role
We are looking for experienced and motivated Customer Service Advisors to join our team, providing front-line support on housing repairs and general housing enquiries.
In this role, you will act as a key point of contact for residents, delivering high-quality, customer-focused service over the phone. You will primarily support our busy housing repair lines, while also assisting with a range of general housing-related queries.
This is a fast-paced environment, so we are seeking individuals who can hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls relating to housing repairs and general housing enquiries
- Accurately log repair requests and ensure timely escalation where required
- Provide clear, helpful advice and information to residents
- Deliver excellent customer service, resolving queries efficiently
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and service teams to meet customer needs
About You
- Proven experience working within a housing environment (essential)
- Experience in a contact centre or customer service role
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls in a busy setting
- Confident in using systems to record information accurately
- A proactive attitude and the ability to start contributing quickly
