Customer Service | Administration | Temporary
I am working with a client to recruit several full-time Customer Service Administrators to start ASAP (early May) on a temporary basis. This role will focus on responding to customer email enquiries and ticket-based queries, providing clear, accurate, and professional written support. The work is primarily desk-based and not phone-heavy, making it ideal for candidates with strong written communication skills.
Key details:
- Full-time hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
- Temporary contract – short term
- Immediate start (early May)
About you:
- Excellent written English and attention to detail
- Strong customer service skills with a professional, calm approach
- Confident using email systems and ticketing platforms
- Able to work at pace and manage multiple queries
- Reliable and available to commit to the full assignment
Previous customer service or administrative experience is preferred, but strong literacy and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
