Hybrid – 3 days office and 2 days WFH

What You’ll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and live chat with accuracy and care
- Processing orders and bookings efficiently, ensuring all details are correct
- Meeting call handling targets and responding promptly to all queries
- Maintaining up-to-date customer records and following company procedures
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by adhering to safety and service standards
- Collaborating with your team and seeking opportunities for personal growth
- Communicating professionally with internal and external stakeholders
