Temporary Customer Support Administrators – Immediate Start (Subject to DBS)

We are currently recruiting for multiple Customer Support Administrator roles to join a busy and fast-paced team in Bradford. These are temporary assignments with an immediate start, subject to DBS clearance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide frontline support to developer customers via phone and email, resolving queries or directing them to the appropriate teams.
- Manage and respond to customer correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate updates are provided to both customers and internal departments.
- Maintain a high standard of casework, working through an average of 8 cases per hour or clearing your daily worklist.
- Ensure quality standards are met, with monthly audits of approximately 10 cases.
- Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Previous customer service or administrative experience is desirable.
- Must be available to start immediately and able to pass a DBS check.
