You'll be joining a large private sector organisation in Edinburgh.
Your new role
- Handling incoming and outgoing calls to various stakeholders.
- Managing the reception desk.
- Arranging travel and making lunch/hotel bookings for meetings.
- Update registers and records, and create reports.
- Offer general administrative support.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Experience working with the public.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to adapt to using new systems.
- Able to hit the ground running, working autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Organised with good time management skills.
